Packaging

All items are packed in carton boxes.
We check all items before shipment to ensure they are in good condition.
Our products are packed securely to prevent accidents during shipping.

Delivery charges

We offer a €2.50 flat-rate shipping & handling charge for a standard shipping service of 1-2 business days, with pick-up from the nearest courier office (ACS).

We offer a €4.00 flat-rate shipping & handling charge for a standard shipping service of 1-3 business days, for door-to-door delivery.

In case you choose Cash on Delivery instead of paying online, there is an extra charge of €1.50

Damages and claims

Our products are packed securely to prevent accidents during shipping.

However, in the rare case you observe any damage on the box upon delivery that suggests there was a problem during shipping, DO NOT accept delivery. The item could be damaged and it needs to be returned to us for inspection.

It will also be helpful if you take a picture of the box and send it to us, letting us know why you refused delivery.

In the rare case you find a flaw on an item that was missed during inspection, you can send us a picture specifying the flaw.

Our team will then contact you on how to proceed.

You will be sent a new product, as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, you will be refunded.

Shipment

We ship in all areas of Cyprus Republic.

In remote areas, door to door shipment might not apply, delivery can only be made at the nearest courier office.

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday to Friday, excluding all Cyprus public holidays.

Payment methods

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX.

You can also choose Payment on Delivery, with an extra charge of €1.50.

Gifts

You can let us know you would like something wrapped for a gift by clicking the GIFT box at checkout.

If you wish to send a message with your gift, you can use the NOTE box to write your message. We will make sure the message is added to a gift tag.

Cancellation and return policy

If for any reason you would like to cancel an order you placed, please contact us at info@wmf-luxus.com as soon as possible.

If the ordered has not been processed, we will proceed with the cancellation.

In case the order has been processed, you will need to make a return and we will reimburse you for your purchase.

We accept returns of undamaged items in unused condition sent back to our Nicosia, Cyprus warehouse within 30 days from the date when you received the products ordered.

To start the returns process, simply drop us a line at info@wmf-luxus.com. Specify your order number and which item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll provide instructions on how to return the products back to us.

Please note, we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels for any orders.
